Multi-location B2B SaaS marketing platform - Mobile App / Jul 2024
CONTEXT
A design case study on unifying Messages and Social Comments into one Inbox for a platform with over 100K users.
PROBLEM
Location managers couldn’t fully respond to customers, leading to delayed replies and frustration. This usability gap caused Inbox engagement to drop by 7.8% in one quarter.
KEY OUTCOME

AI Integration within web platform - Uberall
Multi-location B2B SaaS marketing platform - Web App / Sep 2024
CONTEXT
This project was the first and largest AI initiatives in the company I led, integrating AI into the web platform to simplify multi-location management and close gaps with competitors.
PROBLEM
Users managing thousands of locations struggled with posting, onboarding, and review management, leading key partners to consider churning.
KEY OUTCOME
This project retained at-risk partners, & generated €500K in additional revenue. I successfully presented it to C-levels, the board and company.
Online Study Plan Schedule - Termustat
B2C Non-Profit - Web Platform / Feb 2022
CONTEXT
Termustat is a semester planning tool helping students organize their schedules. Originally launched in 2018, it was fully redesigned in 2022 based on user feedback to create a simpler, more transparent experience.
PROBLEM
Students found the interface unintuitive, navigation confusing, and the overall experience inefficient which was leading to high drop-offs and negative feedback.
KEY OUTCOME

ListeMan To-Do-List from Scratch - Product Factory
B2C Consultancy - Mobile App / May 2020
CONTEXT
A mobile-first to-do list app created for visually-driven users who value clarity, simplicity, and flow. I collaborated with a cross-functional design team to deliver a clean, intuitive task experience, from concept to handoff.
PROBLEM
Most to-do apps were tedious and impersonal, demanding too much manual input and failing to adapt to users’ real behaviors. The challenge was to design a simple, intelligent tool that felt effortless and personal.
KEY OUTCOME

Parniya's leadership skills were further highlighted by her role in helping conduct a design thinking workshop at the October offsite, where she fostered creativity and innovation, enhancing team collaboration and problem-solving capabilities. Moreover, she expanded her influence into UX research, particularly through her competitor research for the homepage project, where she analyzed competing platforms to inform the design and functionality of uberall's homepage with data-driven insights.
A notable addition to her achievements in 2023 was her initiative in creating and co-hosting a collaboration workshop with the development team. This workshop aimed to bridge the gap between design and development, facilitating a deeper understanding and cooperation between the two disciplines.
