Project Overview & Problem Statement & Requirements
In 2020 In Tehran, The client approached Product Factory with the goal of creating a simple yet smart to-do list app that would help busy users organize their tasks with minimal effort. While the productivity app market is saturated, they believed there was an opportunity to stand out with a clean, intuitive design and subtle intelligence built in, particularly for users who feel overwhelmed by cluttered or overly complex task managers.
However, early insights showed that users often abandon to-do apps because they require too much manual effort, lack emotional connection, or don't adapt to real-life behaviors like procrastination, mood, or changing priorities.
